The locals are truly blessed with Ryan & Nathalie’s passion and commitment to bringing beautiful cuts of meat, gourmet ‘competition winning’ sausages, home-made pies, ready-made stir-fry to pork cutlets, meatballs and steaks!
Ryan & Nathalie opened Uppercuts in 2016 and they haven’t looked back. They have been winning the hearts and bellies of the locals with their vast range of quality meats and ‘bung it in the oven’ and simply devour pies, casseroles and meatballs!
Ryan used to work for the previous butcher back in 2010 and decided to buy the business when the opportunity arose in 2016. The two years has certainly flown by, and they have created for themselves a local ‘meat’ haven supporting the local community with meat tray raffles to catering home-made pies and sausage rolls to the local schools’ canteen where the local kids enjoy them for lunch! They also supply their ‘snags’ for the local North Epping Ranger’s Soccer and Netball Saturday sports ‘sausage sizzles’ and offer ‘taste testing’ every Saturday morning at 830am.
Ryan & Nathalie are proud of their sausages, and not only are they winning the locals with them but have taken out the National Sausage King Competitions and have placed 1st, 2nd and 3rd in various competitions.
They say the local favourites are definitely the sausage rolls with the kids and the whole family love their home-made pies like Chicken Curry to Lamb Shank pies – a winter’s favourite!
