All you need is enough space for a yoga mat to do all the exercise you need in the comfort and privacy of your own home.
Every week your training session will be different so you will never get bored and will use a variety of exercise depending on your needs such as:

- Weights Training
- Yoga and Pilates

- Cardio
- Bodyweight Strength Training
- Active Stretching

Personal Training for 2 at Home | Fitness & Wellbeing
Personal Training for 2 people is great for couples, friends or family who want to get fit together with the added fun and motivation of working out with someone you know at a discount rate.
Personal Training for 2 At Home means you don’t have to travel to a gym or exercise in extreme weather conditions at a park. You can make the most of your time, keeping children nearby at home with you while you train and you don’t have to battle traffic, crowded gym classes or run around a park. All you need is enough space for yoga mats to do all the exercise you need in the comfort and privacy of your own home.
Every session each week will be different so you will never get bored and addresses flexibility, strength, muscle tone and will ensure you shred fat while having fun!
A variety of exercise is used each week such as:
- High Intensity Interval Training
- Weights Training
- Yoga and Pilates
- Boxing
- Cardio
- Functional Based Training
- Bodyweight Strength Training
- Active Stretching
Personal Training for 2 also includes:

Small Group Fitness at Home | Fitness & Wellbeing
Small Group Fitness At Home is where you can exercise with your friends, family members or get a few neighbours or mums together to start your own exercise group at a time and day that suits you in your garage, backyard or deck.
This option is perfect for limited budgets and for those who want to train in a small group of your own. Small Group Training is for 3* or more with a restricted group size of 6 people per session.
Small Group Fitness At Home means you don’t have to travel to a gym or exercise in extreme weather conditions at a park. You can make the most of your time, keeping children nearby at home playing while you train and you don’t have to battle traffic, crowded gym classes or run around a park. All you need is enough space for yoga mats to do all the exercise you need in the comfort and privacy of yours or a friends’ home.
Every training session each week is different so you will never get bored and will focus on toning, strength, fat burning and fun with a variety of exercise used in every session including:
- High Intensity Interval Training
- Cardio
- Boxing
- Yoga and Pilates
- Weights Training
- Bodyweight Strength Training
- Active Stretching
Personalised attention is given to everyone in the group on correct form and technique with lots of support, motivation and fun that you won’t get from other large group fitness classes at a gym or a boot-camp.
